crack in the eggs. whisk aggressively with the fork until fully combined and slightly frothy. add yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and protein powder. mix until smooth and evenly combined.
sprinkle oats, oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt evenly over the pan.
stir until no dry pockets remain. batter will be thick but pourable. gently fold in blueberries. smooth the top and lightly tap the pan on the counter to release air bubbles.
bake 38–40 minutes, until the center is set and the top is domed. cool 15–20 minutes before slicing so it stays tall and fluffy.
