Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 packet rapid rise yeast
1/3 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 cups organic gluten free yellow cornmeal
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees and add the yeast to a large mixing bowl.
warm up the almond milk and then mix in the extra virgin olive oil and maple syrup.
pour over the yeast, mix well and let is set 3 minutes. then, add in the flour and cornmeal and mix well.
cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest about 20-30 minutes.
add to a bread loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, cool down and then enjoy!
