1/4cuprunny almond butter

1–2 tbsp dairy-free milk
strawberry protein yogurt filling
1 1/2cupswhole milk Greek yogurt
1/2cupstrawberry protein powder

strawberry crunch topping

Instructions
Step 1: Make the base
Add the dates, oats, almond butter, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon dairy-free milk to a food processor. Blend until a sticky dough forms. If the mixture looks dry, add another tablespoon of milk.
Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan or similar small baking dish, creating an even layer.
Step 2: Make the strawberry yogurt layer
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, strawberry protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
Step 3: Make the strawberry crunch topping
Add the vanilla cookies and freeze-dried strawberries to a food processor and pulse until crumbly.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the yogurt layer and gently press it down so it sticks.
Step 4: Freeze
Place the pan in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
Once frozen, remove from the pan and slice into bars.
