begin by adding the frozen riced cauliflower, frozen spinach (or fresh), small ripe banana, date, vanilla protein powder, and hemp seeds into a blender.
pour in 1/2 cup or more of dairy free milk depending on your desired consistency.
blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more date or banana.
pour into a glass and enjoy your protein green smoothie that actually tastes good!
