16 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup full-fat greek yogurt 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 1/4 cups steamed spinach, squeezed very dry and finely chopped 1/2 tbsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried dill 1/2 tbsp lemon zest 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (can add more for stronger flavor) pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste olive oil, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
preheat oven to 375ºf. in a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, and cornstarch until completely smooth and fluffy.
fold in the chopped spinach, garlic paste, onion powder, dill, lemon zest, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. transfer mixture to a small baking dish (like an 8x8 or pie dish) and smooth the top.
sprinkle the remaining cheese and optionally drizzle with a little olive oil for extra golden color. bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
serve warm with pita chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.
