Instructions
preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
in a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, flax meal, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. add the almond milk and apple cider vinegar, then whisk until a smooth, semi-thick batter forms.
dip each cauliflower floret into the batter or coat all of it in a large bowl, tapping off the excess. place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
bake for 25 minutes, until the cauliflower is starting to crisp and become golden.
remove the cauliflower from the oven, toss the florets in buffalo sauce, and return to the oven. bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the wings are crispy and fully coated.
