Ingredients
1 box pasta of your choosing
sauce
3/4 can pumpkin puree
1/4 cup plain dairy free unsweetened milk
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1-2 tsp sriracha
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste
vegan cheese for topping
Instructions
cook the pasta according to package directions.
add all sauce ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth consistency.
add to the pasta, warm through and add some vegan cheese to the top if you would like! see text for brands and varieties i recommend.
