Instructions
preheat oven to 350°f. line or grease a standard 1 lb loaf pan (used caraway). if using a larger bread loaf pan, reduce baking time.
in a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, coconut sugar, nut butter, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.
add oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. stir until just combined.
gently fold in sprinkles last, being careful not to overmix.
pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
bake for 52–55 minutes and let the loaf cool completely before removing from pan and frosting.
