Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews soaked and drained
3 tbsp buffalo sauce
3/4 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste
Instructions
cook 1 lb of pasta of choice according to package directions. i used brown rice pasta.
for the sauce either soak the raw cashews in hot water for a couple of hours or warm them up in water in the microwave for 2 minutes.
then, drain the cashews and add to a blender with the remaining sauce ingredients. blend until a smooth consistency forms.
mix in with the cooked pasta and enjoy!
