For the Banana Bread Chia Pudding:
1cuplow-fat cottage cheese
2medium ripe bananas
1/4cupcreamy almond butter
1/3cupvanilla protein powder
1teaspoonvanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

1cupunsweetened almond milkor milk of choice

For the Caramelized Banana Topping:

Instructions
Add the cottage cheese, bananas, almond butter, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sea salt, and almond milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
