This no-bake brownie bark is rich, fudgy, chocolatey and packed with protein and collagen, all while being incredibly easy to make in one bowl. The base is made with creamy almond butter, chocolate protein powder, chocolate collagen, oat flour, cocoa powder and maple syrup.

Ingredients
Brownie Bark
½cupcreamy almond butter
½cupchocolate protein powder
⅓cupchocolate collagen powder
½cupgluten-free oat flour
¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoonspure maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinchof sea salt
¼cupdairy-free milkplus more as needed
Chocolate Shell
⅔cupcoconut sugar-sweetened chocolate chips
1teaspooncoconut oil
Flaky sea saltoptional
Instructions
Line a baking sheet, plate or freezer-safe dish with parchment paper.
Mix the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and ¼ cup dairy-free milk in a bowl.
Add the protein powder, collagen, oat flour, cocoa powder and sea salt.
Mix until a thick brownie dough forms. Add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed.
Press the mixture onto the parchment into an even layer about ¼- to ⅓-inch thick.
Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
Spread the chocolate over the brownie layer and add flaky sea salt if desired.
Freeze for 45–60 minutes or until firm.
Break or cut into pieces and enjoy.
