Ingredients
1 cup chickpea or garbanzo bean flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp arrowroot flour
1/3 cup runny tahini
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup melted vegan butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the wet ingredients first and then add in the dry ones. combine until a thick batter forms.
fold in the chocolate chips, add to parchment paper muffin cups and bake for 23 minutes.
let the muffins cool down so they take their shape and then enjoy!
