Ingredients
1 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa, soaked in hot water for 30-45 minutes, then drained 3/4 cup vegetable broth 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning, plus more for topping 3/4 cup dairy-free shredded cheese- can also use miyoko's liquid mozz
Instructions
preheat the oven to 375°f and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
in a high-speed food processor or blender, add the soaked and drained quinoa, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and everything but the bagel seasoning. blend until smooth.
pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
bake for 12 minutes, until the breaksticks are set. remove from the oven and drizzle or sprinkle the dairy-free cheese evenly over the top.
return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. can broil for a minute or so at the end- monitor closely.
sprinkle with more everything but the bagel seasoning before serving and enjoy!
