1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries 3/4 cup fresh raspberries 1 whole lemon, peeled 1 whole lime, peeled 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan) 1 1/2 cups water 2 tbsp chia seeds about 3 cups sparkling water of choice (plain or any fruit-flavored works great)
Instructions
blend strawberries, raspberries, peeled lemon, peeled lime, honey, and 1 1/2 cups water until smooth.
in a large pitcher, add the chia seeds. pour the blended berry citrus mixture into the pitcher and stir well to prevent chia clumps.
then, add sparkling water and stir again. let it sit for 10–15 minutes in the fridge so the chia seeds can plump up.
