1 small avocado 16 ounces silken tofu 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips 1/4 cup date syrup 1 scoop vanilla/chocolate/peanut protein 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor. add the silken tofu to the food processor.
melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth, then add them to the food processor. pour in the date syrup and vanilla extract.
add one scoop of your preferred protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or peanut).
blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. transfer the mousse to a container, spreading it out evenly.
place the container in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
remove from the freezer and enjoy your amazing plant-based chocolate protein mousse.
