Vegan Double Protein No Bake Brownies

it’s always a good day to make some Vegan Double Protein No Bake Brownies because they’re made with healthy ingredients, rich, easy to make and totally delicious!

Vegan Double Protein No Bake Brownies are made with black beans AND protein powder, hence the double protein.

if that’s not #dessertgoals, i don’t know what is!

so many of y’all request desserts with protein and i am listening :).

to make Vegan Double Protein No Bake Brownies, you simply need a food processor, and just a handful of ingredients!

if you’re not a fan of black beans, you can swap them for chickpeas! you may have to add a bit more liquid though.

to make the brownies extra rich, i added some lower sugar chocolate chips to the mix along with a layer of melted chocolate to the top.

you could also make the dough into bites, cookies or cups, i just think the brownies are super fun.

here’s everything you need to make Vegan Double Protein No Bake Brownies

can of black beans rinsed and drained

vanilla or chocolate protein powder

cocoa powder

vanilla extract

maple syrup

almond butter

dairy free milk

chocolate chips

coconut oil

you can swap the almond butter for any other nut butter or seed butter! if you want a more neutral flavor, then opt for this or cashew butter.

peanut butter would be amazing and so would sun butter but both will have more overpowering flavors, which isn’t a bad thing!

for the protein powder, any vanilla or chocolate one works and i used garden of life! there are 31g per scoop in my protein and i used three, so 93g total.

there’s a lot of protein packed into these brownies and i am here for it because these kinds of desserts keep me fueled and full!

  1. I haven’t tasted the finished product yet, but the batter is exquisite! I only had about 1/4 c left of maple syrup and replaced the rest with milk. I also had a really difficult time blending the beans because the protein powder sucked up all the liquid! Def recommend blending the beans and liquids first!
