Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Blender Bread

Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Blender Bread is the new banana bread that you need in your life!

it’s totally delicious and nutritious as it’s made with oat flour and unsweetened chocolate chips!

you can definitely use any kind of chocolate chips that you like but to keep this on the healthier side, i used unsweetened Pascha chocolate chips.

the best part about Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Blender Bread besides the taste and dense, fudgy texture is the easy process to make the bread.

you throw everything into a blender and let the ingredients do their thing.

then, you can fold in the chocolate chips while the batter is still in the blender!

next, pour the batter into a well-greased bread loaf pan and bake away!

Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Blender Bread bakes for 45 minutes in the oven and it becomes fudgy and dense perfection.

this is definitely not a light and fluffy bread because it’s made with oats and oat flour, so if that’s not what you’re looking for, you might want a different bread!

i am telling ya though, this is the way to go. a little bit of nut butter or vegan butter and you have yourself the tastiest dessert in the world.

Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Blender Bread is

Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Blender Bread is healthy enough to eat for breakfast too!

as you can probably tell, i added a LOT of chocolate chips into the bread haha, but you can of course add less.

i think that i added about 3/4 – one cup, but hey, there’s nothing wrong with that!

there’s a little bit of coconut sugar added to the bread for sweetness, but only 1/4 cup. that adds the perfect amount of a sweet touch.
