Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars are unbelievably delicious and made with such wholesome ingredients. you will truly be shocked at how good these are!

chickpeas can do so much, it really is amazing. from savory dishes like burgers and pizza crust to chocolate chip cookies and bars, they’ve got it going on.

my Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars will 1000 percent satisfy your sweet tooth while making you feel great afterwards.

you will feel even better while you’re devouring the bars because true happiness is in the form of chocolate chip bars.

Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars are made with chickpeas and then coconut flour.

they will hold up pretty well as bars, but i do recommend letting them cool completely. you can place them in the fridge for a little bit before cutting into bars.

in the reel i posted, i cut them into bars while the everything was still warm and the bars still held up well.

if you don’t find the bars to be sturdy enough, you can always eat Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars with a fork, or cut them into smaller pieces like squares.

the bars will store well in the freezer, but i don’t know what the shelf life would be because we ate ours within 3 days, ha!

here’s everything you need to make Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars
