Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars are made with chickpeas and then coconut flour.
they will hold up pretty well as bars, but i do recommend letting them cool completely. you can place them in the fridge for a little bit before cutting into bars.

in the reel i posted, i cut them into bars while the everything was still warm and the bars still held up well.
if you don’t find the bars to be sturdy enough, you can always eat Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chickpea Bars with a fork, or cut them into smaller pieces like squares.
the bars will store well in the freezer, but i don’t know what the shelf life would be because we ate ours within 3 days, ha!
