One Bowl Vegan and Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

one bowl, a few ingredients, your favorite toppings and an appetite, that’s all ya need for One Bowl Vegan and Gluten-Free Pizza Crust! hope you all enjoy this fabulous and easy recipe.

ah pizza is one of the simple joys in life and this recipe is no exception. while i totally enjoy restaurant pizza every now and then, making my own is really fun.

One Bowl Vegan and Gluten-Free Pizza Crust is super easy to make in no time and makes the perfect dinner for one (maybe two).

it’s a monthly staple over here and makes an appearance when we want a last minute pizza and movie night. i always ask Alex if he wants to get takeout but he says, can’t we just make our own?!

since this recipe is so dang easy, sure Alex, yes we can lol. oooooh and not to mention, it’s nice and crunchy on the outside but the inside is perfectly soft!

making your own pizza can be more budget-friendly for sure and you have full control over the ingredients you use + aaaalllll the toppings! highly recommend giving this one a try if you’re new to homemade pizza.

by the way, you can pick up the crust and eat it just like any other pizza as long as it’s not overloaded with heavy tomatoes like mine, lol.

i’ve prob tried making more pizza crusts than the average human and let me tell ya, this one is at the top. spelt flour pizza crust is my favorite tbh, but i wanted to give you all a gf option!

this is a combo of almond flour and bob’s red mill gluten free baking flour. it’s the red bag, not the blue and it’s important to use the red because the formulations are different.

you can totally try experimenting but this way is fail proof, i know that much!

everything you’re going to need!

  • almond flour

  • garlic powder

  • sea salt

  • avocado oil

  • apple cider vinegar

  • vegetable stock

it’s just that simple and wholesome, ya know, no funky stuff! there’s no flax meal or anything but honestly, it’s not necessary because the ingredients bind well!

when it comes to toppings, anything goes! mine are pretty random but i was looking to use up some produce that didn’t have much time left in the fridge.

you could go with a marinara base like i did or something on the creamy side. browse my blog and insta because i have tons and tons of sauces.

many of them are creamy too, like tofu alfredo, sweet potato Mac n cheese sauce and more.

minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil – olive oil is fine!

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock

Directions

  • mix the dry ingredients first and then add in the wet ones.
  • stir well until a thick dough forms. spread out on a parchment lined baking tray until about 1/4 inch thick.
  • top with with your favorites and bake at 350 degrees for 21 minutes.
  • * note-my toppings were cooked separately! if you’re just using marinara and cheese, you can bake on the dough for 21 minutes, which is plenty of time. veggies may not cook through fully so it’s best to cook separately.
