Nut Free No Bake Snacking Bars are the snacks that you need in your fridge or freezer! they’re easy to meal prep and so delicious!
not to mention, Nut Free No Bake Snacking Bars are healthy and made with amazing minimal ingredients.
to keep the recipe nut free, you’re going to need oat flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, dairy free/nut-free yogurt, sunbutter and jam.
for a dairy free and nut free yogurt, so delicious brand has some options, but always just check the labels!
instead of peanut butter and jam, sunbutter takes pb’s place and it’s SO GOOD!
if you don’t have a nut allergy, of course you can sub sunbutter for peanut butter or almond butter, but i just wanted to make a nut free option for people :).
for the jam, you can use any kind that you would like! i went with raspberry as it pairs deliciously with sunbutter, but any will work.
you can omit the jam altogether and keep the bars plain because they’re still scrumptious.
another idea would be to add chocolate chips into the dough to create a cookie dough-like bar.
