No Bake Chocolate Protein Truffles are the delicious gems that you need on hand in your freezer! nothing is better than a freezer treat and these truffles are perfect as they’re made with real foods and have a delicious taste.

have you ever made your own protein bites or truffles? if not, this is your sign because how scrumptious do they look?!

with minimal ingredients and little preparation time, you can have a healthier, tasty and easy dessert made in no time.

while i like to store No Bake Chocolate Protein Truffles in the freezer and thaw a bit before eating, you can store the truffles in the fridge.

also, you can make No Bake Chocolate Protein Truffles as large or as small as you would like.

as you can probably tell, the truffles that i made are on the larger side but that’s because i love them as a snack, i even eat two at a time.

since there’s protein powder and other filling ingredients like almond butter in the truffles, they’re definitely satisfying.

No Bake Chocolate Protein Truffles are perfectly fudgy too, have you checked out the center?!

they should be gluten free as long as you use gluten free oat flour and gluten free crushed cookies for the top but always check your other ingredients.

anything will work, but i do love chocolate cream filled cookies! chocolate chip would be really yummy too.

No Bake Chocolate Protein Truffles

Ingredients

  • truffles
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (62g total)

  • 1/3 cup gf oat flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup almond flour 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup runny almond butter

  • 3/4 cup df milk

  • 3 ounce chocolate bar + 1 and 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

  • chocolate coating
  • 3 ounce chocolate bar

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • crushed cookies for topping

Directions

  • mix the chocolate protein truffle ingredients together. the chocolate bar and coconut oil should be melted together and added to the mixture.
  • mix well until a thick dough forms and form into bites.
  • place in the freezer for 10 min.
  • melt the chocolate coating ingredients, dunk the truffles and top with crushed cookies.
  • set in the freezer for 30 minutes and then enjoy!
  • store in the freezer and thaw before eating.
