iwi OMEGA-3 supplement routine

it’s always a great day to take care of your health by eating wholesome foods and supplementing properly. as a vegan of over seven years, this has been of the utmost importance.

i like to start my day out with a strong breakfast packed with tons of nutrients.

since i no longer do intermittent fasting, i typically take my vitamins/supplements in the morning with food! occasionally, i take them with lunch or dinner, it just depends on the day.

before eating and taking my supplements, i like to make sure that i’m properly hydrated, which is a key component for optimal daily health.

pro tip- add some fruit (i like frozen) to water to make it more fun to drink! dragonfruit, oranges, blueberries, lemons are more are great options!

breakfast in the morning usually includes a hearty bowl of oatmeal, toast or a smoothie. if i’m feeling extra hungry and need more fuel for the day, i typically make oatmeal and a smoothie.
