Easy Vegan Protein Brownies are super delicious, healthy and satisfying bites of a goodness that you need to make this week! Easy Vegan Protein Brownies make the perfect treats to have on hand in the fridge for when the sweet cravings hit!
there’s a lot of protein packed into these brownies and i am here for it.
not too long ago, i asked what kind of recipes y’all want to see, and many people said more protein packed ones.

well, YAY, these gems are protein packed and a dessert. it won’t get better.
Easy Vegan Protein Brownies are protein-packed thanks to beans and also chocolate protein powder.
between those two ingredients, the brownies will keep you full and happy.

as far as beans, i used great northern white beans because they’re silky smooth and blend exceptionally well.
you could sub chickpeas but you may need a little more liquid but not much. they just won’t blend as creamy as the white beans.
for protein powder, any chocolate one works and i used garden of life! there are 30g per scoop in my protein and i used two, so 60g total.
a little bit of sweetener is necessary in my opinion and i went with maple syrup. i only used 1/4 cup and if you’re looking for sweeter, just add frosting to the top like i did.

if you’re looking for something less sweet, omit the frosting and maybe opt for some dairy free yogurt or more nut butter.
there is almond butter in my Easy Vegan Protein Brownies, 1/2 cup total. it’s really important that the almond butter is runny. the brand i used is Trader Joe’s.
