no baking is needed – so these bad boys are perfect for when you don’t want to turn on the oven during those extra hot days.
although i made 8 larger donut holes, you can very easily make smaller bite-sized ones too!

on top of the sweet bananas and medjool dates that add fiber and lots nutrients to this recipe, i also added vanilla protein!
making vegan desserts with protein is my favorite because i feel so much more satisfied afterwards.
i made a scrumptious glaze with vegan butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and some cinnamon to enhance the flavors in the donut holes even more.
these donut holes are seriously so addicting and great for a quick nutritious snack. you can store them in the fridge or freezer-just let them thaw a bit.

Cinnamon Banana Bread No Bake Donut Holes

Ingredients
- donut holes
2 ripe bananas
5 large medjool dates or 7 smaller ones
3 scoops vanilla protein (used garden of life)
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup oat flour (can add more if your dough is too wet)
- glaze
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- in a food processor, blend the donut hole ingredients until a thick dough forms and shape in balls. i made 9 larger ones.
- place in the freezer for one hour.
- melt the glaze ingredients, coat the donut holes and freeze for one more hour.
- store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
