here’s what you’re going to need!
- gluten-free flour
- almond flour
- baking powder
- maple syrup
- vegan butter
- sea salt
- chocolate chips

Chewy Vegan and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip CookiesCourse: DessertDifficulty: Easy
1.5 cups gluten free flour (i used arrowhead mills)
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup melted vegan butter
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (or however many you want)
- first, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add in the wet ones.
- mix well until a thick dough forms.
- fold in the chocolate chips and then scoop two tablespoons worth. roll into a ball and flatten into a cookie.
- bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. i baked mine for 20 because they were on the larger side.
