Baked Peanut Butter and Banana Chocolate Chip Oats

Baked Peanut Butter and Banana Chocolate Chip Oats is the best of the best when it comes to breakfast OR dessert!

the recipe is delicious AND you make this in a blender y’all! ah, my absolute favorite, less of a mess and the easiest of recipes.

you don’t even need flour for this recipe, instead you’re going to use oats! i used one degree organics, but you can use any brand you want!

while Baked Peanut Butter and Banana Chocolate Chip Oats are packed with chocolate chips, you can use just about any add ins you would like.

the base of the flavors are peanut butter and banana, hence the title of the recipe.

then, if you don’t want to use chocolate chips, you can omit them or replace with something else.

berries would be yummy as would sprinkles, walnuts or really anything that goes well with banana and peanut butter.

just about everything goes well with banana and peanut butter, so i can only imagine the options are plentiful.

to make Baked Peanut Butter and Banana Chocolate Chip Oats, i used a single serving size ramekin, so this recipe is only meant for one.

you could also probably turn this into a giant cookie, but the batter is on the wetter side just to let you know. the baking time wouldn’t be as long either as it would be more dispersed.

to bake the oats in the ramekin, i baked them at 350 degrees for 28 minutes. the texture is PERFECT. it’s soft and a little fudgy but baked through very well.
